We would highly recommend Prestige & Village to anyone looking to sell their home. The listing process was quick, straightforward, and everything looked slick. Ray and Niall gave us solid advice on pricing and marketing, and they were always in touch to keep us updated on everything. But the thing that really blew us away was how quickly they found the perfect buyer. We had lots of viewings booked straight away, and we had an offer on day 1! Overall, we were incredibly impressed!

Niall and Ray helped me with my sale and even recommended to me a solicitor who was great and helped me complete my purchase within my time scale. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Prestige and Village professional photos the process was organised as soon as I agreed to go to market and very reasonable, the photos made me want to buy my own house, “they were great” I will definitely recommend these guys again.

From start to finish Niall always made sure I was informed of the process via phone message text and emails this took away any pressure I had while buying my new home. The property I viewed and bought were as good as the photos indicated and I loved the video tour. I knew I just had to view the house and it did not disappoint.
