Very smooth renting experience with Sherko and Avocado team, everything done within 3 working days. Sherko is truly professional, always on time and responsive.

We bought our first house with Sherko and I honestly can't recommend him more highly. So communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, we never waited more than a couple of hours for him to come back to us on a query or issue (it was literally minutes most of the time!). He explained each stage and kept us in the loop throughout but also managed the whole sale centrally, along with the amazing Sally, so we really didn't feel it was all on us to keep things moving. Sally was amazing at chasing both sides and keeping things moving towards completion. Most of all though it was the personal touches that made the process so smooth for us. Never rushed or half listened to, we really felt like we were the only client that mattered at that moment which is not the case with the majority of Estate Agents. We had alot of laughs along the way too. Thank you so much Sherko and team!!!
